our product users
We offer all training modules in german and english. Individual customer or group courses on request.
We have developed – especially for the training of our customers – a training program with the following contents:
Product training
Safety instruction for users (certificate course)
Technical training for our devices
Validations and Qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Specialized training courses (e.g. hygiene)
The trainings are held by our product experts at your site or in our training rooms in Oberschleißheim (greater Munich) and Rodgau
(greater Frankfurt).
Each of our courses consist of a theory and a practical part. Practical learning is important to us, e.g. possible error scenarios are simulated at the equipment and should – with the help of the trainer – be remedied by the course participants.
